• Why Diets Don’t Work

    Jun 17

Nearly everyone always sits in astonishment when they realize yet another diet they have tried, failed. The problem is that people need to learn why it failed, and do something about it.  . Diets focus on treating weight gain, never giving you the tools you and your body need in order to keep it off.  So while a diet may work, it is generally just a temporary fix; and you will gain the weight back.  When you gain it again, you’ll try another diet, thus providing more money for the diet industry!

Have you heard the phrase it's all in your head?"

Well, there's much truth to that. You overeat because there’s an imbalance in your brain.  The brain tries to make up for this imbalance with food, which piles on the weight, and makes you depressed, which in turn the brain also tries to correct with food, and it is certainly one hell of a vicious cycle.

You have to eat the right foods to restore this imbalance, and dieting usually deprives your body of these foods… which continuously feeds into the cycle we mentioned above.

    So, what can you do?

Eat foods full of all kinds of amino acids and chromium.  Pay attention to what you eat, when you eat, and make sure to listen to your stomach, not your head.  It takes 20 minutes for the body to register that it is full, so if you still feel hungry after this, eat again, or eat more.  Focus on getting healthy and what you are giving your body, rather than what you are missing!

Train your brain, and you will succeed!

This is such a great resource that you are providing and you give it away for free. I enjoy seeing websites that understand the value of providing a prime resource for free. I truly loved reading your post. Thanks!
