2. Another fun thing you can try with an exercise ball is the double crunch. You start by lying on the floor with your arms and legs straight with your body. Hold the exercise ball with your hands and then bring your hands and feet together above your body. Grab the ball with your feet and then slowly bring everything back to the ground. Then do it in reverse. You’ll feel the burn after just a few rounds. It sounds easy, sure, but it the equivalent of doing a crunch and a toe touch at the same time.
